That's why all our gear is put to the test for weeks and sometimes even months before we release anything, this gives me time to ensure we only sell the best, top quality gear, making sure your pets are safe 

 

All of our items are handmade by me, each item is made to measure and made with your pets comfort in mind..

SHIPPING TIME 

All items are made to measure and handmade, because of this we do have a approximate2-3 week waiting time, if you need your item for a special occasion or are in a hurry, please don't hesitate to reach out and we will try our best to accommodate you.. 

RETURNS

We only accept returns if the item arrives faulty or broken, or if the fault is ours, Other than that, due to items being made to measure we unfortunately cannot accept returns, however if there is any issues at all please reach out and we will try and help you in any way possible, we are always here to help. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When shipped out your parcel will have a tracking code, this should be attached to your shipped email​​
